Who we are

VirezoCV, [email protected]. Here "we" means the people who run VirezoCV, and "you" means you.

Using VirezoCV

You must be at least 16 to use VirezoCV. Building, editing and previewing resumes is free and needs no account; an account lets you keep resumes and open them on any device.

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and you can delete it whenever you like from your account settings.

Your content

You own everything you write. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you, and to show it to the people you send a share link to.

Example resumes, tips and ready-made phrases are illustrations. Adapt them to your own experience, and don't present experience you don't have: you are responsible for what goes on your resume.

Fair use

Don't use VirezoCV to break the law, to impersonate someone, to upload anything harmful, to get around payment, or to copy the site or overload it with automated requests.

Plans and payments

During early access, downloading and printing are free in exchange for your email address. After that they need Pro: a one-time pass or a plan.

Pro prices, in US dollars: one-time pass $5 (downloads for 7 days, never renews); monthly $12 a month; $24 every 3 months; $48 every 12 months. Pro includes: download as PDF, Word and plain text; print straight from your browser; every template and color, switch any time; clean files, never a watermark. Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT due in your country, and you see the full amount before you pay.

Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all purchases. It handles payment, tax and invoices, and its buyer terms also apply to the purchase.

Plans renew at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel in two clicks in your account settings; Pro then stays on until the end of the period you paid for. The one-time pass gives seven days of downloads and never renews.

What we can and can't promise

The ATS ratings on templates are our own assessment of how plainly a layout reads as text. We have not tested them against any employer's software, and we can't promise that a resume made here will be read a certain way, or that it will get you an interview or a job.

We work to keep VirezoCV available and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. Keep a downloaded copy of resumes that matter to you.

Changes and ending

We may change or improve features. If a change takes away something a paid plan includes, we tell you first and you can cancel with a refund for the time you have not used.

We may suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. If we close the service or your account for any other reason, we refund the time you paid for and have not used.

Liability

As far as the law allows, VirezoCV is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost opportunities. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If a change matters, we tell account holders by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
