14-day refund
If Pro isn't what you needed, ask within 14 days of any payment, whether a one-time pass, a first payment or a renewal, and we'll refund that payment in full. No reason required.
After 14 days
You can cancel at any time in your account settings to stop future renewals. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] from the address you paid with, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. Paddle, the merchant of record, returns the money to the way you paid; banks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days.
